Why oat flour matters.
Cheap gainers = pure maltodextrin.
Cheap mass gainers rely on maltodextrin — a fast-absorbing simple carb that spikes blood sugar fast and crashes equally fast. Useful post-workout, suboptimal as a meal replacement.

Will French Vanilla taste artificial?
It's natural-leaning vanilla, not the candy-vanilla of low-grade gainers. Mixes well in cold milk and oat milk — smoother in milk than water.
Can I use it twice a day?
