Is the flavor too sweet?
Moderate sweetness — we tune for Indian palates, which tend to prefer balanced over candy-sweet. Best mixed in cold milk, which mellows residual sweetness.
Stack with creatine?
Yes — they work on different systems. 5g creatine daily + this for calories = solid lean-bulk stack.
Will I get fat?
Depends on training. With progressive overload strength training, most of the gain is muscle with some fat. Without training, more goes to fat. Mass gainers follow your program.
French Vanilla or Kesar Kulfi?
