Will it taste bad without flavor?
Mild, slightly milky. Most users mix it with a banana, cocoa powder, peanut butter, or fruit. In oats or smoothies, you don't taste it at all. If you want flavor without the additives, this is the lever.
I'm lactose-sensitive. Will this bother me?

Can I add it to cooked food?

How much should I take per day?
