How many capsules per serving?
3 capsules per serving — take 30 minutes pre-workout, or split 3 pre + 3 intra for long sessions. 60 capsules = ~20 servings.
Will it break my fast?
Amino acids cause a small insulin response. If you're fasting strictly for autophagy, take it inside your eating window. If you're fasting for fat loss, the response is minor and the capsules can support fasted training.
Vegetarian?
Yes. HPMC capsule shell. All amino acids are fermentation-derived.
Can I take with whey protein?
You can, but it's redundant. Whey already contains a large dose of BCAAs (~5g per 25g serving). Use BCAA capsules when whey isn't practical — fasted training, mid-session, travel.
